ICYM Madanthyar had organized a tour on 21 and 22 of September to Western Ghats. On september 21, Friday morning ,we started our journey towards Baba budangiri and watched the beauty of nature and the pleasant weather of the hill, we took a stay in one of the houses of parishnoers of Holy cross church koove. On 22 we visited to Bhadra river Shanthi Kunnj and spent some time playing in waters. We also went to Maidady hills and played some games and spent time in camp fires. In these two days of tour, our youth visited several places of Chikkmangalore District. The Director of ICYM Madanthyar Rev.Fr Basil Vas and Asst Director Fr Alwyn Dsouza along with 37 members of ICYM Madanthyar were present for this tour.
