Madanthyar, April 07: Good Friday was observed with great devotion and in meaningful manner in Sacred Heart Church, Madanthyar.

Many devotees participated in the Way of Cross which was held at 9.am in the church premises.

In the evening liturgical services( ceremony) was held at 4.Pm, thousands of devotees participated and reflected on Passion of Christ. Fr Deepak D'Sa gave a touching reflection in which he said ' The Blood of Christ reedmed us from all our sins. In every Eucharist celebration we remember this sacrifice of the Lord'.

Fr Willam Dsouza and Fr Basil Vaz prayed solem intercession and after which the veneration of Holy Cross was held and faithful paid dew respect and reverence to it.
