On 8th September we as a parish community celebrated the feast of nativity of mother Mary. Before the procession the new corn was blessed by the Parish priest Rev Fr Basil Vas. Novena was led by Rev Fr Deepak Dsa. Rev Fr Jerome D'Souza was the main celebrant of the day. Rev Fr William D'Souza preached a meaningful homily. After the mass new corn was distributed to all the Parishoners. As it is the tradition of celebrating New corn feast,as a part of it sugarcane was also distributed to all the Parishnors. Around 2500 Parishnors were present for this meaningful ceremonial celebration.
